But there are various ways to make this fruit available all year round, and one of the best and least harmful methods is dried apples, which are processed in various ways.
Usually, dried apples are available in the market in the form of machine-dried apples, where apple rings are placed in a drying machine and the machine uses hot air to preserve the apples in the shortest possible time while maintaining the properties and color of the fruit.
There are other methods, such as drying in direct sunlight, some of which are completely organic, simply cutting the apple and exposing it to sunlight. However, some may use acidic solutions or some gases to dry it, which is not recommended at all and is extremely dangerous to health.
